Daylight Saving Time officially ends today, so don't forget to set your clocks one hour back. Next year, daylight saving time will be extended one week to the first Sunday of November.

The Energy Policy Act of 2005 enacted this change to save energy costs. Each day with Daylight Saving Time, the United States is estimated to reduce energy costs by about one percent.
