Take a Free Ride on Southeast Light Rail

Friday November 17, 2006
To celebrate the opening weekend of the Southeast Light Rail, RTD is offering free rides after 11 a.m. today and all day tomorrow on the E, F, G and H lines. The new light rail lines connect the southeast suburbs of Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, Aurora and Englewood to downtown Denver.

The Lincoln station at the end of the line will be livened up with food, entertainment and giveaways from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. today. Tomorrow from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., each stop along the line will also feature food and entertainment. This is probably the most fun you'll ever have riding public transportation, so don't miss it!
