September 2007 Events in Denver

September leads off with the three-day Labor Day weekend, and also kicks off football season. The Red Rocks concert schedule continues full-steam ahead, with concerts ranging from B.B. King on Sept. 1 to the Smashing Pumpkins on Sept. 30. The Denver Center for the Performing Arts premieres three new plays this month: "Third," "Spamalot" and "You Can't Take it with You." Oktoberfest, traditionally held in September, also premieres in its new location in the Ballpark neighborhood downtown on Sept. 21 - 23.
