Journalists at the Rocky Mountain News have launched a website to save the embattled newspaper. Columnist Mike Littwin gives an impassioned plea to save Denver's status as a two-newspaper town. I have to admit I haven't actually subscribed to the paper in more than five years because I can read it online, but I would hate to see it go under. What do you think? Share your comments below.

I am 70 years old. I can remember during the war, my mother would get the rocky and read me the funny papers. I have had the Rocky ever since and really look forward to opening the news every day. Please do not sell the paper.
There is very little in a financial way that we senior citizens on fixed incomes can do but offer our support and pledge at least to subscribe to the Rocky Mountain News, the paper that has been part of my life since I learned to read. What else can we do to save our Rocly?

I just subscribed to the online Rocky for a year, I’m going to miss the paper but not the perspective and the best sports page.
