The 19th annual Cherry Creek Arts Festival starts today at 10 a.m. and runs through Sunday, July 5, 2009. The free festival allows artists from around the country to display their wares. The festival also features live music, food and other entertainment in Cherry Creek North from 2nd to 3rd Ave.

I appreciate your news re: Denver events. I didn’t know there was a Cherry Creek Arts Festival this weekend. I hope the weather is good, so my family can go and enjoy it. My son is coming to Denver to visit the last week in July. Are there any interesting events scheduled for that time? Thanks. -JT
