The Denver Zoo will offer free admission to Colorado residents on Thursday, Feb. 21. Located at 2300 Steele St. in City Park, the Denver Zoo covers 80 acres and features animals from across the world. The zoo's winter hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the last admission at 4 p.m. Take a stroll through the Toyota Elephant Passage, an Asian-themed exhibit on the pachyderm that opened in 2012.
