There's plenty to be thankful for this month in Denver, from the Christmas confection of "The Nutcracker" to the controversial concert from the Dixie Chicks. The zoo is also offering free admission to Colorado residents two days this month.

  • Los Lonely Boys Concert

  • The 29th Starz Denver Film Festival

    Location: Starz Film Center at the Tivoli

    What: Jude Law stars as a landscape architect who forges a bond with a teenage thief in "Breaking and Entering," a British drama which kicks off the Denver Film Festival. Celebrity guests for the festival include director Anthony Minghella ("The English Patient") and actor Tim Robbins.
