Film on the Rocks features outdoor showings of second-run films at the outdoor amphitheatre of Red Rocks. The 2007 line-up includes "Dazed and Confused" and "Sixteen Candles." Tickets cost $10, and are available at King Soopers stores or online at Tickets West.
Doors open at 6 p.m., and you might want to arrive early to find a good seat. Live music precedes each screening, and the movie starts at dusk (approximately 9 p.m.) Bringing alcohol into Red Rocks is prohibited, but food is allowed.
