1. Beta
This trendy nightclub features an Egyptian-themed New Year's Eve with its Valley of the Kings party, with doors opening at 9 p.m. Downtown's Beta features a skybar, nightclub and lounge. Tickets are $10 in advance for the 18-and-up nightclub.
2. Champagne Hotel
The fourth-annual Champagne Hotel is produced by Kevin Larson Presents, the entertainment masterminds behind the White Rose Gala. Champagne will be flowing at the Hilton DoubleTree, located at 7801 East Orchard Rd. in Greenwwod Village, all evening. Tickets are $59 for general admission and $99 for VIP for the 21-and-up party.3. The Church
Samba the night away at the Latin New Year's Eve Fiesta at the Church. Tickets are $30 for general admission and $100 for VIP tickets for the 18-and-up nightclub. Doors open at 9 p.m. at the nightclub located in a converted church at 1160 Lincoln Street.
4. City Hall
Located on Broadway, City Hall hosts New Year's Eve with Amon Tobin. City Hall boasts five stages and four dance rooms. Tickets are $40 in advance and $60 at the door for the 18-and-up club located at 1144 Broadway.
5. Ginn Mill
The Ginn Mill offers a casual option for New Year's Eve, with no cover charge, no dress code and no reservations accepted. The 21-and-up LoDo bar does have mixed drink and beer specials all night to keep the atmosphere festive.
6. Penthouse Party
No, it's not that Penthouse party... but it's a party on the 37th and 38th floors of the Grand Hyatt Hotel in LoDo, which is still pretty swanky. The hotel at 1750 Welton St. offers views of the fireworks downtown. Tickets are $60 in advance and VIP tickets are $120.7. Jet Hotel
The Jet Hotel offers guests the opportunity to resolve to have fun on New Year's Eve with its Resolution Ball party. The LoDo hotel will offer a free champagne toast at midnight, and guests are invited to stay overnight at one of its hotel rooms with "Stay and Play" rates. Tickets are $30 in advance for the 21-and-up venue located at 1612 Wazee St.
8. Suite 200
Suite 200 offers a sophisticated scene on New Year's Eve as the Larimer Square nightclub transforms into a Paris soiree with its Passport New Year's Eve. Aeralists and mimes will round out the entertainment at the club, which will be open from 9 p.m. until 2 p.m. Tickets are $100 for open bar and $30 for general admission.
9. Tryst Lounge
Tryst Lounge features an intimate setting on Larimer Square for its New Year's Eve party. The club will not charge cover, but offers a $5 "no-wait guest list" at the 21-and-up nightclub. Bottle service is also available for an additional fee.
10. White Rose Gala
The 11th annual White Rose Gala at the Hilton DoubleTree DTC in Greenwood Village takes over the suburbs in style. Tickets start at $59 for the 21-and-up gala at the hotel located at 7801 East Orchard Rd. The theme for the White Rose Gala this year is the Theatre de Marionette.
