Fine Dining for $52.80 per Couple

Now in its fifth year, Denver Restaurant Week allows Denver diners the opportunity to eat at restaurants for the fixed price of $52.80 per couple. From Sat. Feb. 21 - Fri. Feb. 27, 2009, almost 200 restaurants in the Mile High City will offer special menus for $26.40 a person.

All of the restaurants offer appetizers, entrees and dessert in the special menu, and some restaurants include wine as well. Make reservations quickly, as reservations fill up fast for this culinary event.

The participating restaurants will also offer their regular fare at regular prices in addition to the Denver Restaurant Week menu. Gratuity is not included in the fixed price. Denver Restaurant Week is presented by the Denver Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau.

A complete list of restaurants is on the next page. If you're looking for new restaurants to try for Denver Restaurant Week, here's a sampling of recent additions to the Mile High dining scene:

  • The Corner Office downtown opened in 2007, and offers an eclectic mix of comfort food ranging from strawberry cheesecake waffles to grilled cheese.
  • india's pearl on South Pearl St. opened in 2008, and has given Indian dining an upscale twist with fusion dishes such as Tandoori Lobster Tail.
  • Shells and Sauce in Capitol Hill opened in 2007, and offers Italian fare in an intimate setting.
