1. 303 Magazine

303 covers the coveted Denver area code, as well as the less-fashionable newcomer of 720. The monthly magazine is sold at Tattered Cover and select Whole Foods stores in the metro area.

2. 5280 Magazine

5280 takes its title from Denver's elevation of 5280 feet, or exactly a mile. The monthly magazine, with a circulation of 80,000, covers Denver's nightlife and restaurant scene.

3. Asian Avenue Magazine

A relative newcomer to the Denver publishing scene, Asian Avenue has covered Denver's Asian community since 2006. The magazine has 10,000 subscribers, and features articles about culture, dining and travel.

4. The Chronicle

The Christian newspaper was recently sold to a publisher in Kansas, but the weekly paper continues covering the Christian community in both Denver and the Colorado Springs. The paper's circulation is 25,000.

Colorado Holmes & Lifestyles magazine, published nine times a year, features Colorado's best architecture and interior decorating. The glossy magazine has a circulation of 32,000.

10. Out Front Colorado
